Private Dining
Each of Thomas Keller's restaurants has a distinct personality. Guests who choose one of the restaurants to host a private event do so because they want that personality to color their experience. The challenge of the private dining department is to transfer that ambiance to a setting outside the context of the restaurant's normal service, whether that be at an off-site location or a buy-out of the restaurant itself. In addition, the staff must find ways to integrate the restaurant's methods with guests' individual preferences for their occasion. A private dining event requires the coordination of myriad details, resources and requests into a singular experience that demonstrates our restaurants' standards.
